Field Sales Specialist HPE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Specialist to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) segment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow market share.
- Negotiate and close large deals with key customers, leveraging your expertise in HPE solutions and industry best practices.
- Optimize sales performance by identifying new business opportunities, onboarding new vendors, and driving sales development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customer-centric sales propositions that protect margin integrity and promote long-term value-based customer engagement.
- Enable sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned HPE product/service lines.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in solution and services sales.
- High energy and a positive attitude, with a proven track record of delivering above expectations.
- Self-motivation and ability to define and achieve clear individual, team, and company priorities, with a strong ability to execute autonomously.
- Proven ability to self-manage in an external environment.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
