About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Online Sales Manager to join our Demand & Growth team at Telia B2B. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales on our online platforms and collaborating with our impact teams to achieve optimal results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet online sales targets
  • Collaborate with Content Managers, Analysts, Martech Specialists, and Conversion Rate Specialists to improve online sales performance
  • Analyze conversion rates and suggest improvements to enhance the customer journey
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales performance
  • Identify areas for online development to further improve sales
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in Digital Sales/E-commerce
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for both peers and management
  • Proficiency in both Swedish and English
