About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at Orange Business Services. As a key member of our Swedish Sales team, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and supporting customer implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and professional services teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop and present winning proposals to clients, including managing opportunity partners when necessary.
- Support project implementation and address any issues that may arise.
- Report to the Sales Director and contribute to achieving the company's ambitious growth targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the IT or professional services industry.
- Proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing the sales process from initiation to closure.
- Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both speech and writing in English and Swedish.
