Business Development Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Partner to join our international Offshore HR team in Business Area Wind.
Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of this role is to work closely with senior leaders to drive business goals, develop and execute people strategies, and contribute to the growth of our organization. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Support senior leaders in developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes that enhance productivity and quality.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- 5+ years of experience in a business development or consulting role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan matching, and paid time off. We also offer ongoing training and professional development opportunities to help you grow your career.
