The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Sweden. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the IT security industry, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within the IT security domain.
  • Autonomous Execution: Demonstrate a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Influence and Persuasion: Develop and maintain strategic relationships that contribute to the growth and success of the business.
  • Communication Skills: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Self-Management: Thrive in a dynamic environment by demonstrating the ability to self-manage. Adapt to evolving priorities and navigate challenges with resilience and a proactive mindset.
  • Relationship Building: Exhibit skillful relationship-building capabilities, fostering connections at multiple levels.
  • Industry Knowledge: Bring a complete understanding of IT security functions, industry best practices, and standards.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in business development or sales.
  • Experience with IT Security (Required).
  • Proven track record of influencing stakeholders and driving business growth.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a high level of energy and motivation.
  • Language requirements: Swedish and English.
