Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security and Resilience Risk Officer to join our Corporate Security & Resilience team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing governance and operational support to ensure the mitigation of security-related risks and regulatory compliance across the Vattenfall Group.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management methodologies and models, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
The Senior Security and Resilience Risk Officer will report to the Director Security & Resilience and be part of the Security & Resilience sub-unit. The main responsibilities will include:
- Identification, coordination, and adaptation of security and resilience risks, including other closely related risks to ensure an all-risk assessment overview.
- Alignment with the Group risk function.
- Maintenance of the risk inventory and associated processes in close coordination with the business and staff functions.
- Participation in risk quantification and aggregation.
- Provision of reports and data analysis.
- Ensure risk system continuous maintenance and improvement.
- Contribute to the implementation of the CER directive in Vattenfall.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A university degree in a relevant field, such as data management, economics, or risk management.
- At least 7 years of practical experience in Enterprise Risk Management or a similar field.
- Good understanding of risk management methodologies and models.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
Meritorious experience in areas such as GDPR, Swedish Protective Security Act, and ISO22301, ISO 27000, and ISO 31000 will be highly valued. A good understanding of one or more of our core company languages (Swedish, German, or Dutch) is also desirable.
