About the Job

Vattenfall is seeking a Senior Security and Resilience Risk Officer to join its Corporate Security & Resilience function. The successful candidate will be based in Arenastaden, Solna.

The role will involve providing governance and operational support to ensure the mitigation of security-related risks and regulatory compliance across the Vattenfall Group. The Senior Security and Resilience Risk Officer will report to the Director Security & Resilience and be part of the Security & Resilience sub-unit.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identification, coordination, and adaptation of security and resilience risks, including other closely related risks to ensure an all-risk assessment overview.
  • Alignment with the Group risk function.
  • Maintenance of the risk inventory and associated processes in close coordination with the business and staff functions.
  • Participation in risk quantification and aggregation.
  • Provision of reports and data analysis.
  • Ensure risk system continuous maintenance and improvement.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the CER directive in Vattenfall.

Requirements

  • University degree (data management, economics, risk management, or similar).
  • At least 7 years of practical experience in Enterprise Risk Management, or similar.
  • Good understanding of methodologies and models for risk management.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Fluent in English.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience from GDPR and Swedish Protective Security Act.
  • Experience from the energy business.
  • ISO, ISO, ISO understanding.
  • A good understanding of one or more of our core company languages (Swedish, German, or Dutch).
