Senior Security and Resilience Risk Officer

Vattenfall is seeking a highly skilled Senior Security and Resilience Risk Officer to join its Corporate Security & Resilience function. This role is based in Arenastaden, Solna, and will report to the Director Security & Resilience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing governance and operational support throughout the Vattenfall Group to ensure mitigation of security-related risks and regulatory compliance in countries where the company operates.
The role involves identifying, coordinating, and adapting security and resilience risks, including other closely related risks, to ensure an all-risk assessment overview. This includes alignment with the Group risk function, maintenance of the risk inventory and associated processes, participation in risk quantification and aggregation, provision of reports and data analysis, and ensuring risk system continuous maintenance and improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree in data management, economics, risk management, or a similar field, and at least 7 years of practical experience in Enterprise Risk Management or similar. They will also have a good understanding of methodologies and models for risk management, good knowledge of MS Excel, and fluency in English.
Additional desirable qualifications include experience from GDPR and Swedish Protective Security Act, experience from the energy business, and understanding of ISO22301, ISO 27000, and ISO 31000.
