Job Description: As a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting the uptake of our biosimilar products in the Nordics and Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Commercial Activities: Drive commercial activities across the Nordics and Netherlands, focusing on sales growth and market share growth.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Engage with hospital stakeholders (high-cost drug pharmacists, clinicians, hospital managers) to promote the uptake of the biosimilar product.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with colleagues to ensure decision-makers have all necessary information for maximal adoption and prescribing.
  • Establish Market Position: Establish the company as a trusted partner in the biosimilars/biologics market.

Requirements:

  • Market Access Experience: Proven track record of developing impactful business partnerships.
  • Pharmaceutical Experience: Previous experience dealing with buyers and high-cost drug pharmacists within hospitals.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Experience in nephrology diseases, particularly Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH), Atypical Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome (aHUS), or complement inhibitors.
  • Educational Background: Life Sciences (e.g., Pharmacy, Biomedical, Medical and Public Health), Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, or equivalent.
  • Sales Experience: At least 3-5 years in a pharmaceutical sales role dealing with specialist customer groups at the hospital level.
