About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 10 revenue managers and driving growth and improvement in our revenue performance. This includes collaborating with other departments of SAS Commercial to improve results and developing and maintaining an ambitious change agenda in your team to drive growth and improvement in our revenue performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an ambitious change agenda in your team to drive growth and improvement in our revenue performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from the growing leisure travel segment
Requirements:
  • Higher academic degree (Master of science or equivalent)
  • Experience with Airline Revenue Management, including understanding of RM theory, RM systems, and the commercial airline business model
  • Leadership experience from managing a team or project with a keen interest in leadership, motivating and developing team members
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to conclude on own point of view of commercial and strategic RM topics
  • Result oriented, strong business acumen with significant drive for continuous development
  • Outgoing with a positive can-do attitude and able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders on all levels of the organization
  • Strong communicator with high degree of integrity and reliability
  • Strong user of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English and, preferably, one of the Scandinavian languages
