We're seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales, strong industry connections, and a passion for growth. Nipromec Group is looking for two experienced Business Development Managers to expand our client base and strengthen relationships across the Nordics.

This is an exceptional opportunity for results-driven individuals with 5–10 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales (ideally within industrial, energy, or construction sectors). As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Nipromec's growth by securing new business opportunities.

  • You'll be responsible for sales within your scope, working closely with project, technical, legal, and purchasing functions. Within this team, the Business Development Manager collaborates with board members and international sales- and technical teams.
  • As a key member of our team, you'll manage and grow IB Commercial and Sales activities in the Nordic market. You'll leverage your experience and industry contacts to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential clients across the Nordic region, focusing on expanding Nipromec's market presence.
  • Sales Management & Business Growth: Take ownership of business development within your region, developing strategies to generate leads and grow commercial activities.
  • Pipeline & Strategy: Plan and manage a strong pipeline of business opportunities, ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, recruitment, and technical teams to develop tailored solutions and support client needs.
  • Sales Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and corporate guidelines while reporting to the Nordic Board & Line Management.
  • Contract & Offer Negotiation: Participate in offer preparation and lead negotiation strategies.
  • Networking: Develop business and industrial networks necessary to achieve business objectives.
