
Account Growth Manager

We are seeking an Account Growth Manager to join our dynamic EMEA team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new discovery calls and qualified pipeline for the sales team through outbound prospecting efforts.
You will leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and 6Sense to network with prospects and educate our market on Azul. Your goal will be to achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics (Opportunity creation and progression).
We are looking for an individual who is results-oriented, self-motivated/self-reliant, and a team player. You will need to have excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills. Additionally, you should be able to engage in discussions at all levels within businesses from Enterprise to mid-market across all sectors.
