About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Channel Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth through our distributor partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales channel growth strategies to increase revenue through our distributor partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our distributors, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales enablement programs, training, and other initiatives to drive sales growth
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales channel growth strategies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or sales leadership role, preferably in a channel-focused B2B business
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Able to analyze complex data and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
