Overview

We are a fast-moving food supplements manufacturer with 25 employees and a dynamic 'startup' culture focused on international sales of liquid dietary supplements. Our strong history of growth enables us to set ambitious goals for selling our products worldwide. To achieve this, we seek an experienced Sales Manager with exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

Description

The role involves day-to-day management, development, and execution of the sales team's activities. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Directly managing a team of three sales representatives.
  2. Setting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  3. Providing coaching, training, and support to the sales team to help them meet targets.
  4. Tracking and reporting on sales metrics, performance, and team KPIs.
  5. Contributing to and being responsible for implementing sales plans and strategies.
  6. Identifying high-potential target customers.
  7. Improving and developing the sales strategy.
  8. Reporting directly to the CEO.
