The Role
This position involves leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth through effective planning, execution, and monitoring of sales activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a team of three sales representatives.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Coaching and training the sales team to meet sales targets.
- Tracking and reporting on sales performance and KPIs.
