In this role, you will conduct outbound sales activities through email, phone, and LinkedIn, identify best practices to develop internal processes, and contribute to building a positive company culture.

Key performance objectives include generating a minimum of 20 new leads and 5 high-quality business opportunities per month, accurately logging customer interactions and relevant information, and developing and maintaining a system for tracking and analyzing customer insights. You will also be responsible for demonstrating proactive communication skills, resolving significant customer challenges, and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
