- Manage and develop relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- A degree in Food Technology or Marketing/Business Administration is required, along with 3+ years of experience in account management or a related field.
- You must have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends, competitors, market dynamics, customers, strategies, and product launches is essential.
- Fluent English and Swedish language skills are necessary, with Norwegian being a plus.
