We're seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Specialist to join our team in Sweden. As a key member of our Restaurant Development team, you'll be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic account management.

About the Role

You'll work closely with our operations team to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and improve partner relationships. This will involve analyzing data to identify opportunities for optimization, developing and executing plans to improve key metrics, and conducting regular quality and satisfaction checks to ensure service standards are met.

Key Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales or service-oriented role.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in a commercial setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using BI systems and Excel to inform decision-making.
