Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to establish a strong and sustainable presence in the Oslo market.
  • Build and maintain trustful relationships with key clients, negotiate, and close high-impact deals.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to adjust strategies effectively.
  • Oversee daily operations, aligning with the company's long-term strategy and supporting regional initiatives.

Requirements
  • Proven background in sales, client engagement, or commercial roles, preferably in an international environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, passion for achieving results, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English and proficiency in Norwegian.
