We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team at FwB Agency.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of media and marketing strategy and execution, client relationship management, and tailored solutions that achieve exceptional results.

ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing, overseeing, and executing marketing activations for clients across channels.
- Integrating media planning and buying into marketing strategies, optimizing channel selection to maximize impact and ROI.
- Developing comprehensive media strategies, including paid, earned, and owned media, to amplify campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with media partners and vendors to negotiate placements, rates, and value-added opportunities.
- Staying current on media trends, tools, and platforms, applying insights to enhance client outcomes.
- Acting as the primary marketing advisor for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.
- Presentation marketing plans clearly and persuasively, ensuring buy-in from stakeholders.
- Proactively communicating campaign progress, results, and recommendations, aligning client expectations with achievable goals and high-impact solutions.
- Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign development and seamless execution across channels.
- Ownership and oversight of performance metrics, analyzing data, and providing regular reports to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, social media updates, and best practices, incorporating these insights into client strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
