Business Development Director Germany

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to lead our sales efforts in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the German market.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the digital assets sector, working closely with internal teams to tailor our offerings to meet market demands and compliance standards. You will also be responsible for monitoring market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the competition.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of sales success in technology, financial services, or digital assets, with a strong focus on revenue targets. You should also have a solid understanding of digital assets regulations and compliance, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the German market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital assets sector
  • Work closely with internal teams to tailor our offerings to meet market demands and compliance standards
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the competition
  • Negotiate and close complex deals to ensure profitable partnerships
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Head of Sales
Requirements
  • Proven sales track record in technology, financial services, or digital assets
  • Solid understanding of digital assets regulations and compliance
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience (2+ years in digital assets preferred)
