Job OverviewThis role is pivotal in supporting our sales efforts in the Nordic region. As a Solution Engineer, you will work closely with our European sales team to ensure successful engagement with new and existing clients. Your expertise in issuer processing and strong communication skills will be essential in crafting compelling solutions and driving sales forward.
Main Responsibilities- Support Sales teams on various sales cycle phases, including prospect research, proposal development, and presentation preparation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop combined sales strategies and achieve sales goals.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of sales documentation and materials.
- Regularly update Senior Management on sales progress and key metrics.
- Engage in face-to-face meetings with prospects and clients to build relationships and drive sales.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Substantial experience in the payments industry, particularly in issuer processing (5+ years).
- Familiarity with Nordic languages, with a preference for Swedish.
- Knowledge of emerging IT trends, such as cloud computing and big data.
- Proven track record of effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and develop tailored solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical expertise and willingness to learn.
