  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, documenting interactions and trends as necessary.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, as well as a hands-on mentality and curiosity to learn. Experience in customer-facing interactions is highly desirable.
