We are seeking a highly skilled customer support representative to join our team at Stryker. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex customer service cases
  • Communicate proactively with internal and external customers
  • Investigate and resolve invoice disputes
  • Log and follow up on issue resolution and related communication with customers
  • Demonstrate knowledge in complex areas or processes
  • Take ownership of specific areas of responsibility, such as key accounts and complex orders
  • Prioritize tasks effectively within these areas
  • Own complex queries related to these areas

Requirements

  • Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English (written and verbal)
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in handling complex customer service cases

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience from working in a similar role within the MedTech industry
