Customer Support Representative with Finnish Language Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled customer support representative to join our team at Stryker. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Finnish and English.

Stryker is a leading medical technology company that offers innovative products and services in Orthopaedics, Medical and Surgical, and Neurotechnology and Spine. Our mission is to improve patient and hospital outcomes through collaboration with customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex customer service cases
- Communicate proactively with internal and external customers
- Investigate and resolve invoice disputes
- Log and follow up on issue resolution and related communication with customers
- Demonstrate knowledge in complex areas or processes
- Take ownership of specific areas of responsibility, such as key accounts and complex orders
- Prioritize tasks effectively within these areas
- Own complex queries related to these areas
Requirements
- Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English (written and verbal)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in handling complex customer service cases
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience from working in a similar role within the MedTech industry
