About the Job

As a Customer Service Engineer at Telavox, you will be at the forefront of technical support, leveraging your expertise to resolve complex issues and provide seamless experiences for our customers. You'll work closely with our development team to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of our products.

About You

We're looking for someone with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your skills and experience should include:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience, with at least 1-2 years in technical support or customer service.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software or Telecom industries, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Communication Expertise: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Teamwork: Enjoy collaborating with others to achieve common goals and promote a positive, proactive approach to support.
