About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Specialist to join our team at Kry Primärvård AB. As a CRM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing CRM activities across our France and UK markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute CRM strategy to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Coordinate with copywriters to create compelling content for multi-channel communications
  • Plan, build, and deliver email, push notification, and in-app message campaigns using Braze
  • Own and manage our weekly newsletter, including content planning, coordination, and performance monitoring
  • Drive and support test-and-learn strategy to optimize CRM campaigns
  • Collaborate with various business areas on project initiatives
  • Manage reports and monitor campaign performance
  • Work with Braze and Martech team to grow data points and leverage the tool for user touchpoints
  • Assist in quality assurance for CRM campaigns
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in CRM, building campaigns, and automations (Braze experience is an advantage)
  • Good understanding of email and push marketing, CRM metrics, performance management, and testing
  • Can-do attitude with high attention to detail
  • Organized, able to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing environments
  • Passion for making marketing communications relevant to patients
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Experience working in direct campaign set-up and management in a CRM tool
  • Keen to challenge current ways of working to improve performance and increase efficiencies
  • Fluent in English; Swedish and/or French is an advantage
