About the Role

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Specialist to join our CRM team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of our PeopleSoft application and other related CRM and sales applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot production problems
  • Analyze and manage users
  • Resolve error reports and customer complaints
  • Collaborate with the development team and business stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Linux, SQL, and databases
  • Previous experience with the PeopleSoft CRM application
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
