Main Objectives:
  1. Territory Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth within assigned territories through strategic sales initiatives;
  2. Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain long-lasting relationships with senior-level contacts across multiple accounts and functions;
  3. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute customized sales plans tailored to each territory's unique needs;
  4. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve;
  5. Team Collaboration: Engage effectively with colleagues from various departments to achieve collective goals and objectives;
  6. Customer Feedback and Market Analysis: Actively gather and share valuable insights regarding customer needs, preferences, and market developments with the organization;
  7. Regional Growth: Contribute to the overall growth and development of our business in Norway and Poland.
