Sales Executive, Stryker Medical

- Plan and implement effective sales strategies, conducting negotiations with hospital professionals and purchasing departments.
- Inform, advise, and train hospital professionals on our innovative surgical technologies.
- Prepare orders for interested customers and ensure seamless order follow-up and after-sales support.
- 4+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and persuasion skills in Swedish and English.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
