Key Responsibilities
  • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders through product trainings and demonstrations.
  • Prospect new customers and provide ongoing service to existing ones, building trust and loyalty through excellent communication and relationship skills.
  • Plan and implement effective sales strategies, conducting negotiations with hospital professionals and purchasing departments.
  • Inform, advise, and train hospital professionals on our innovative surgical technologies.
  • Prepare orders for interested customers and ensure seamless order follow-up and after-sales support.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and persuasion skills in Swedish and English.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
