About the Role

Hitachi Energy's Global Center of Competence for Power Quality in Sweden seeks an experienced Tender and Sales Support Manager to join its team.

In this pivotal role, you will transform customer needs and challenges into winning offers, collaborating closely with Hitachi Energy teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities include driving business growth and strategy, overseeing proposal preparation, and ensuring competitive offers that meet customer and market requirements.

As a key member of the team, you will contribute to project successes, influencing strategic directions and driving impactful results.

Your Key Functions

  • Foster a collaborative environment within tender teams, promoting shared knowledge and expertise.
  • Develop and execute tender strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the preparation of high-quality proposals through internal and external resources.
  • Guarantee competitive offers, balancing market needs and customer expectations.
  • Verify critical terms and conditions in each offer.
  • Coordinate resource allocation for technical and commercial support and proposal preparation.
  • Contribute to bid/no bid analyses and decision-making processes, participating in project risk reviews.
  • Support Sales organizations during the sales phase, providing expert advice and clarification when needed.
  • Evaluate proposals against Hitachi Energy's procedures, guidelines, and legal requirements.
