Business Development and Sales Executive Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development and Sales Executive to join our team in the Swedish Grid Automation Sales Team.
As a Business Development and Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and techniques.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to establish long-term customer relationships. They will also be responsible for developing new market opportunities, conducting sales calls, and providing technical direction for service sales training.
The position is based in Västerås, Sweden, and involves serving customers across the country.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Develop new market opportunities based on market trends and customer needs.
- Conduct sales calls and provide technical direction for service sales training.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships and understand their requirements and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or business discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales/sales support, preferably within power systems/solutions.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written alike.
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
