Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sales Specialist to join our Swedish Grid Automation Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will focus on selling our portfolio of power system products and services to customers across Sweden. You will implement sales strategies and growth plans, establish long-term customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical knowledge.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- You will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, developing strong relationships with customers and understanding their requirements and regulations.
- You will develop and execute sales strategies and growth plans, aligning them with company goals and objectives.
- You will provide technical direction for service sales training to less-experienced staff and support management with key data and insights on markets and effective service selling tactics.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical- or business discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales/sales support, preferably within power systems/solutions.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written alike.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural work environment.
