Job Profile
This is a senior sales and business development role that offers an exciting opportunity to shape the energy landscape and promote business growth in an international environment. As a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

Main Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective market analysis and lead generation
* Develop and follow strategies to build strong relationships with customers and partners
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs, including providing training and support as required
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for improving our products and services

Qualifications
* Strong understanding of grid stability requirements and other competing technologies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
* Proven track record of success in long-term project management and relationship building
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
* Experience in public contracting/tenders, sales, and working with EPCs
