Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and following strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
* Collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
* Providing training and support to customers and other stakeholders on our products and services
Key Requirements
* Strong understanding of grid stability requirements and other competing technologies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
* Proven track record of success in long-term project management and relationship building
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
* Experience in public contracting/tenders, sales, and working with EPCs
