About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Account Executive for Sweden. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for growing our customer base and driving revenue growth across our product and service portfolios.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Grow our pipeline of opportunities and ensure the quality and volume of orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with utility executives through technical knowledge and deep understanding of their strategies and needs.
- Maintain awareness of project execution to ensure safe, high-quality delivery and meet contractual obligations.
- Identify sales opportunities through knowledge of our products and services that meet current and future customer needs.
- Apply knowledge of utility business strategies, competitor intelligence, and market trends to inform marketing, strategic planning, and product/service/technology development.
- Provide executive oversight to ensure successful project delivery, leading to customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Lead matrix and direct reports in delivering projects consistent with contractual commitments, cost targets, and established schedules, prioritizing safety.
- Develop and maintain effective teaming relationships with internal stakeholders to collaborate on sales and marketing opportunities.
