As a Large Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a critical role in managing key accounts generating significant revenue. The ideal candidate will establish, nurture, and expand valuable relationships with customers, research new business opportunities, and create connections with influencers, executives, and decision-makers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business revenue growth.
  2. Identify and develop sales opportunities, build champions at CMO, COO, and CTO level.
  3. Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, delivering value, and exceeding expectations.
  4. Stay ahead of the competition by staying informed about industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity.
  5. Seek continuous feedback to improve performance and contribute to team growth.
Requirements:
  1. Proven track record of success as a top-performing salesperson in a similar role.
  2. Exceptional business acumen, emotional intelligence, and ability to navigate a fast-paced environment.
  3. Minimum 6 years of experience in Enterprise software sales, with expertise in complex SaaS deals.
  4. Strong relationship builder who shares Sprinklr's values and can leverage them to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  5. Passionate about the Customer Experience revolution and understands the impact of Sprinklr on global organizations.
