Commercial Lead

We are seeking a Commercial Lead to drive revenue growth at Lindex.

Your role will involve finding and collaborating with new partnerships, expanding our customer base, and guiding and inspiring a dynamic business team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth
  • Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders to expand our customer base
  • Lead and motivate a dynamic business team to achieve defined goals
  • Analyze data to inform commercial decisions and optimize performance
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Academic degree in business or a related field
  • Work experience within consignment, shop-in-shop, and/or marketplaces
  • Proven ability to lead commercial and contractual negotiations
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written
  • Bonus: work experience from an international organization
