Nordic Sales Lead Role

Sulzer Pumps Sweden AB is seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Lead to head our Nordic sales team and drive the expansion of our service business offerings. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in exceeding Services revenue targets by developing our sales strategy, leading a dedicated team, and fostering strong customer relationships within the rotating equipment sector.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of rotating equipment services, excellent commercial acumen, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. You will work closely with Area Sales Engineers and Product Line Specialists to develop effective sales activities and market-specific strategies, driving growth and profitability both individually and as part of a team.
