Om rollen
  • Du kommer att arbeta analytiskt, innovativt, affärsnära och projektledande i en organisation där din output kommer märkas
  • Du kommer att ha stort fokus på att förbättra interna processer och kundens digitala resa

I din roll är du även strategisk ansvarig för all kundkommunikation som syftar till att driva kundnöjdhet. Du kommer att jobba tätt med vårt CRM-team på Marknad.
