We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Customer Partnership Lead to join our team at Sympa. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with our customers to drive growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic partnerships with customers to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and execute on expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Build deep knowledge of the Sympa platform to become the customer's trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create value for the customer.
Requirements
- Hands-on approach with a strong desire to develop Customer Success skills and experience.
- Ability to identify customer needs and articulate business value of solutions/services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Experience in a Customer Success role in a growing SaaS business is a plus.
