Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Partnerships who will lead our partnership sales efforts at Nextory. This role involves developing and executing a strategic plan to drive customer acquisition through local partnerships, influencers, and affiliates in our 10 markets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leveraging your expertise to identify, establish, and nurture innovative partnerships that increase brand awareness and drive customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize partnerships and maximize ROI, ensuring accounts hunting and farming are efficient and goal-driven.
  • Leading sales forecast meetings and contributing valuable insights to guide company-wide initiatives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of experts in content, marketing, business development, sales, and partnerships who share our passion for making reading accessible and inspiring.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A relevant educational background, such as in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.
  • At least 5 years of experience in partnerships, sales, or business development, ideally with a focus on influencers, affiliates, or Telco collaborations.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven experience developing large key accounts and working with creative partnerships that have led to increased brand awareness and customer LTV.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in optimizing sales and partnership strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting, impactful relationships.
