We're seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Engineering Foundations as an Area Lead & Engineering Director. This role will oversee ~40 FTEs (engineering & product) with 5-6 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

We're looking for a driven leader with extensive experience, able to set priorities, build relationships, and support team growth. Ideal candidates have:

  • Several years in management roles, with experience leading other managers.
  • Solid experience in agile development environments, including cloud technologies.
  • Experience working with products requiring operational excellence and high uptime.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
