We are seeking a skilled Revenue Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in Stockholm. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our sales operations and aligning go-to-market strategies across the sales team.

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on Atlar's growth across the board. You will collaborate closely with Sales Leadership to lead mission-critical, cross-functional projects and drive sales initiatives forward.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the daily operations of the Sales organization and work collaboratively with Sales Leadership.
  • Analyze and recommend improvements in the sales process and system usage.
  • Develop robust workflows and reporting functionalities in our sales tools.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and drive insights to enhance sales initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Sales and Marketing.
What We're Looking For:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university.
  • The ability to understand business needs and translate them into actionable reports and analyses.
  • Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and experience solving complex problems.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to undefined processes.
