Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional to drive commercial success and revenue optimization for our solar and battery assets. As Head of Revenue Management, you will play a critical role in securing optimized and bankable revenues through strategic market positioning, contract negotiations, and operational innovation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing revenue strategies to maximize financial performance.
- Securing and optimizing Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and trading contracts.
- Defining and implementing subsidy bid strategies.
- Ensuring market access and commercial readiness of solar and battery assets.
- Identifying new revenue opportunities through operational improvements and product innovation.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in commercial management, preferably in renewable energy.
- A deep understanding of power market dynamics, pricing structures, and subsidy frameworks in key European markets.
- Experience in managing high-impact negotiations with utilities, offtakers, and trading partners.
- A strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to optimize business models and identify new revenue opportunities.
