Sales Operations Role Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our Sales Operations function in Stockholm and contribute to our commercial success. As a Sales Operations Specialist (Manager), you will be responsible for managing the sales operations function for Northern Europe, ensuring effective back-office support to the sales teams and achievement of group sales revenue targets.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales operations strategies, managing the sales operations function, and developing and managing performance reports to track sales metrics and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Accountabilities
  • Responsible for driving and implementing sales operations strategies in collaboration with regional management teams.
  • Manage the sales operations function with responsibility for trade/corporate account support, group sales, sales systems, and sales administration.
  • Develop and manage performance reports to track sales metrics and drive data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 4 years of commercial and operational managerial experience within travel/aviation/hospitality.
  • Exceptional knowledge of airline processes and systems, including pricing/distribution technology.
  • Strong problem-solving capability, efficiency-oriented mindset, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proven experience managing a team, with strong mentoring and coaching skills.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken). Fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages is ideal but not essential.
