Summary
Due to our ongoing growth, we are looking for an amazing Commercial Recruiter to join our People Team. The successful candidate will be a specialist in recruiting tough-to-fill Commercial roles, experience in creating scalable recruitment processes, and provide a best-in-class experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you'll:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers across our Commercial division to understand their hiring needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles in Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, with a focus on building our Swedish sales presence.
  • Source, identify, and engage top-tier talent using creative and proactive methods that align with the regional talent market.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by acting as a trusted guide throughout the recruitment process.
  • Drive operational excellence by maintaining efficient workflows and high data integrity in our ATS.
  • Analyze hiring metrics and leverage insights to optimize recruitment strategies and inform decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends in Sweden, particularly in FinTech and GTM functions, to maintain competitive hiring practices.

Qualifications

What we need to see

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on hiring commercial profiles.
  • Proven expertise in the Swedish talent market, including knowledge of industry trends, local sourcing channels, and competitive landscape.
  • Experience managing pipelines across diverse hiring levels, from early-career professionals to senior Commercial leadership roles.
  • Strong ability to work independently and autonomously, with a track record of driving results.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to have candid conversations with business leaders about organizational design and talent needs.
  • Native or business-level fluency in both Swedish and English
