About The Role
As an IT Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and improving Hemnet's internal IT systems, networks, and productivity tools. You'll work closely with various teams, including Information Security and DevOps, to create a seamless and secure IT environment that supports our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Operations, Strategy & Security
- Ensure the performance, stability, and availability of internal IT systems environment.
- Drive decisions on internal IT operational issues, support the implementation of IT strategies, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement and maintain security best practices within the internal IT environment, ensuring compliance with policies and industry standards.
- Asset & License Management
- Oversee hardware and software inventory for efficient resource utilization and compliance.
- Internal IT Support, Administration & Collaboration
- Provide internal IT support for employees, including troubleshooting software, access management, and IT-related issues.
- Work closely with Information Security and DevOps teams to align IT operations with business-critical platforms and processes.
- Manage the integration of SaaS solutions and internal systems for a cohesive IT environment.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on IT tools, processes, and security practices.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation.
What We Are Looking For

Strong collaboration and communication skills are crucial, as this role requires working effectively across multiple teams to support business objectives.
- Proven experience in IT operations, ideally within a dynamic tech environment.
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, security management, and SaaS solutions.
- Experience with Google Workspace or similar environments is highly desirable.
