You will oversee a growing sales team and work hands-on with key accounts, ensuring consistent performance and alignment with Grale's mission.

This position will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient sales processes, directly executing sales strategies, and delivering measurable results. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in presenting to clients.
Key Objectives- Sales Execution & Revenue Growth:
- Actively manage the full sales cycle—from identifying leads and building a pipeline to negotiating and closing deals.
- Implement proven sales processes and strategies to ensure steady revenue growth and meet ambitious sales targets.
- Team Development & Performance:
- Manage and grow a motivated sales team, setting clear targets and providing day-to-day guidance to ensure their success.
- Train and support team members to improve sales skills, productivity, and overall results.
- Customer Management & Success:
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the point of contact for high-value clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Market Focus:
- Identify and prioritize target customer segments and industries based on potential for growth.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends to uncover new opportunities and ensure Grale stays competitive.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in sales, including managing the full sales cycle (lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing).
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in B2B or subscription-based models.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in presenting to clients.
