Nordics, Benelux and CEE Sales Manager

As a Zone Sales Leader for Enterprise Informatics, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales growth and revenue expansion across multiple zones. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who can develop and execute regional sales strategies, manage sales teams, build strong customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing regional sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Managing sales teams to foster strong customer relationships and drive sales growth.
- Identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales execution and customer engagement.
- Monitoring sales performance and providing constructive feedback to ensure team members meet or exceed targets.
Ideal Candidate:
To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing high-performing sales teams, and building strong customer relationships. A bachelor's degree and 10 years of sales experience are required. An MBA is a plus. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
