We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Presales Consultant to play a key role in our team.
About the Role:This position involves providing technical support to the sales team, serving as the main technical contact for customers, and conducting training sessions to familiarize clients with our product lineup.
Responsibilities:- Providing technical presale support to the sales team, including customer meetings, collecting data, and participating in site visits for estimation purposes.
- Defining project specifications, ensuring product compatibility, and identifying opportunities.
- Conducting product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to showcase the benefits of our PSIM, IBMS, and Fire Detection solutions.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in PSIM and/or IBMS presale support is required.
- Experience with fire detection is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, demonstrating fluency and precision in complex, technical communication.
